Individual Healing Sessions

Why Seek Shamanic Healing?

In-person or over Zoom

People are drawn to shamanic healing for many reasons—often when something feels “off” in their life, their energy, or their sense of purpose. Sometimes there’s a challenge they just can’t seem to move through, no matter how hard they try. It might be physical illness, emotional pain, spiritual disconnection, or simply a deep sense that something’s missing. This work addresses more than just symptoms — it reaches the spiritual roots of well-being. Through time-honored practices, you may find clarity, release old burdens, and reconnect with your vitality, purpose, and inner guidance.

This is a practical approach using an ancient form of healing. Together, we work to restore balance, recover personal power, and bring clarity where there has been confusion.

Here are a few examples of why clients reach out:

  • Feeling as though a difficult relationship has caused them to lose part of themselves.

  • Sensing they have taken on energy that doesn’t belong to them.

  • Feeling stuck or uncertain about which direction to take during a life change.

  • Experiencing a loved one’s death and sensing their presence in ways that affect daily life.

  • Trauma exposed professionals noticing they “aren’t the same” after a particular incident.

  • Wanting to understand and integrate a series of spiritual experiences.

Living in a home or on land that feels unwelcoming

Shamanic healing meets you where you are—offering a way to reconnect with your wholeness, reclaim your vitality, and find your way forward.

What happens in a Shamanic Healing session?

I’ll ask you to share what brings you to the session. At some point I'll ask your permission to undertake a diagnostic journey on your behalf to check in with the helping spirits. I will share the guidance received regarding potential healing work and recommended next steps. With your consent, we will begin to undertake the work. Sessions are offered in person in North Hero, Vermont in the summer or St. George, UT the remainder of the year. Or via Zoom, with online appointments being equally effective as in-person sessions.
